Travel Visa
Check the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs information to ensure if you do/do not need Visa to come to the conference.
If you need Visa you should apply for so called Schengen Visa for the purpose of “business” or “official visit”. Please make sure your passport was issued within the last 10 years and is valid until at least 3 months after your planned departure from the Czech Republic. To apply , please follow the instructions on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website and/or contact the nearest Czech consulate.
What is the Visa fee? – The regular fee is 90 EUR but there are reduced prices for some countries or people (f.e. students under 25 year). See more information here.
